Behind every resident at The Sarah House is a team that chose to stay. Many of us have been here five, seven, even ten years. We know our residents by name, we know their families, and we care for this community the way we would care for our own home.

For the past 20 years, The Sarah House has been such an important part of my life. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the privilege of caring for so many wonderful seniors, to share in their lives, and to give their families the comfort of knowing their loved ones are truly cared for.

Just as meaningful to me has been the opportunity to support our staff and watch them grow, both personally and professionally. Seeing the love, patience, and genuine relationships they bring into our residents' lives makes me incredibly proud.

After all these years, I still feel grateful every day. The Sarah House is not just a business to me. It is a community, a family, and a place where I know people always feel loved, respected, and at home.
