The concept of The Sarah House Way promotes socialization and encourages independence along with providing exemplary care for all our residents. Housekeeping, linen, and laundry service, as well as delicious, thoughtfully designed menus, are all covered amenities. Included in our service is 24-hour communication with families, weekly and daily updates, and family meetings when needed or requested.

We support our families and residents through transition, acceptance, and acclimation to their new environment. Caregivers encourage our residents to have a “life purpose” by keeping them interested and involved and by creating a happier and more content lifestyle. Each caregiver is trained to recognize, value, and help the human spirit thrive by embracing The Sarah House Way.

Our well-trained, loving, and caring staff are carefully selected. Our hiring procedures are stringent, and our interview process is lengthy. All caregivers must have at least 5 years of experience in caring for our seniors as well as meeting all state requirements prior to employment. Our biggest and most important requirement for our staff is to have a big heart and a big smile.
