Our well trained, loving and caring staff are carefully selected. Our hiring procedures are stringent, and our interview process is lengthy. All caregivers must have at least 5 years experience in caring for our seniors as well as meeting all state requirements prior to employment. Our biggest and most important requirement for our staff is to have a big heart and big smile.
