The Sarah House Way of dining is truly an experience based on the philosophy that enjoying a good meal should be a positive memorable event. Everyone has different eating habits and The Sarah House recognizes this and makes every effort to conform to those needs.
Our caregivers offer hydration and healthy snacks throughout the day. Our residents are welcome to sleep in, eat breakfast after 9am, or enjoy a sandwich at 10:30 pm gladly prepared by our caregivers. The nutritional and hydration status of our residents is a number one priority. We train our caregivers to observe our residents for any changes in their behavior or mental status and to ensure adequate hydration and proper nutrition for all residents based on their needs.
